"Speakup" is a team
of DJs (Disc Jockeys) and MCs (Masters of Ceremony).

Q. How much do you charge?
A. Our basic rate is $300 which
includes set up of standard 400W DJ sound system and a one
hour gig.
Please add $95 for each additional hour.
A typical 3 hour session will cost $490. If you would also
like a
Master of Ceremony (MC), please add $100

What type of events do your DJs cater for?
A. We have DJs and MCs for
Weddings, Birthday Parties, Corporate launches and events,
Sydney Harbour
Cruises, Engagements parties, single's
parties, Bar Mitzvah's and Bat Mitzvah's, in fact anything
that
requires a Disc Jockey (DJ) or MC in the
Sydney area.

Which Sydney suburbs do you service?
A. Our DJs are happy to travel
anywhere in the Sydney metropolitan area. We cover the
Eastern Suburbs,
Western Suburbs (inner west and outer
west), Southern suburbs and Sutherland, North Shore and
Northern
Beaches. We can go outside Sydney for a
additional costs.
Q. What days and times do
your Disc Jockeys work?
A. The most popular times are
Friday and Saturday evenings, but our DJs are available any
day of the week at
a time suitable to our clients.
Q.
What kind of music do you play?
A. We have a vast database of
songs, old and new. Some of our clients select the
"theme" for the night and
let us choose the songs, others give us a
song list or we can do a combination of both.
Q. What ages do your DJs
cater for?
A. Our DJs are equally
comfortable and happy working with young children, through
to teenagers, young adults,
adults and seniors. We have a DJ and
music to suit everyone.
Q. How far ahead should I
book a DJ?
A. Ideally 4 weeks in advance.
We understand that early planning is not always possible, so
we have stand-by
disc jockeys for last minute bookings.
Q. What can I expect on the
night?
A. Your DJ will arrive at least
one hour before the start of your Wedding, Birthday Party or
event to set up the
DJ sound system and lighting. You
can decide how much involvement you want from your DJ.
Anything
from just playing songs, all the
way to acting as Master of Ceremony (MC) for your entire
event. Once the
party has ended, your DJ will discretely
leave.
If you are planning a wedding, event or party of any sort,
